Experianced Demolition Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Demolition Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of demolition projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience of Demolition site management, with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of health \& safety requirements within the construction and demolition industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day operations on demolition sites.


• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and plant operators.


• Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with project plans.


• Monitor site progress and ensure programmes and deadlines are met.


• Conduct and maintain site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.


• Ensure RAMS, permits and other site documentation are followed and kept up to date.


• Coordinate plant, equipment, materials and deliveries.


• Monitor workmanship and ensure work is completed to the required standards.


• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.


• Identify and address site risks, hazards and operational issues.


• Maintain accurate daily site records and report progress to senior management.


• Ensure the site complies with relevant health, safety and environmental legislation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years site management experience on a demolition site.


• Proven experience managing demolition or enabling works projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction and demolition site procedures.


• Excellent understanding of health \& safety requirements.


• Good leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.


• Ability to read and understand drawings, RAMS and project documentation.


• CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent relevant qualifications.


• Relevant demolition qualifications/tickets are desirable.


• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
