About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Executive Office Department in Milan, the Executive Office intern is responsible for assisting with the smooth handling of the day to day operations in all divisions under the office's direction supervision. The Executive Office intern reports to the General Manager.
As Executive Office intern, you will responsible for the following duties:
- Organize schedule, handle meeting requests for General Manager/Hotel Manager
- Handle incoming calls and messages for General Manager/Hotel Manager
- Meet \& Greet guests as designated by General Manager/Hotel Manager
- Assist with Hotel Operations when required
- Be responsible for projects as assigned by General Manager/Hotel Manager
- Must speak fluent Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
- Positive attitude at all times, must represent the Office well in all interactions
- Flexible with shifts and tasks, must display an exceptional attention to details
- Must be organized, precise and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Good use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
