Executive Assistant to the CEO | West Kent | Up to £40k + Benefits

We are supporting a business with their search for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide first-class support to their Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a unique opportunity to work at the very centre of decision-making, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication across the business.

The Role:

This position is suited to a high-calibre, professional individual who operates with precision, discretion and initiative. It goes beyond routine administration requiring someone who is naturally organised, commercially aware and fully invested in maintaining high standards.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering work to an exceptional level, who is flexible in approach and outcome-focused rather than driven by the clock.

  • Proactively managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring priorities are met.

  • Acting as the first point of contact, screening correspondence, drafting responses, and maintaining professional communication.

  • Planning and executing all aspects of meetings, including agendas, logistics, travel, briefing materials, and minute-taking.

  • Preparing, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and sensitive documents with precision.

  • Processing executive expense reports with accuracy.

  • Supporting cross-departmental initiatives, special projects, and company events.

  • Providing flexible support across a wide range of tasks.
