We are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Country President (CEO) in Denmark. You will be a key contributor to executive success, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of C\-level activities and priorities.
A key part of the role will be to help create structure, overview, and forward momentum in a high\-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high\-level administrative support to the Country President, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and organizing meetings with precision
- Actively manage the Country President’s agenda in line with strategic priorities, anticipating needs, identifying potential challenges early, and proactively suggesting solutions that help optimize productivity, focus, and decision\-making
- Support the Country President with internal communication to the Danish organization, helping prepare messages, coordinate communication moments, and ensure clarity and alignment across teams
- Serve as a central point of coordination for the Danish Leadership Team—facilitating seamless communication, alignment, and execution across teams and stakeholders
- Play an active role in strategic projects and initiatives, helping drive outcomes and enabling senior leaders to stay focused on key priorities
- Operate with autonomy and confidence in a remote work environment, consistently demonstrating initiative, ownership, and reliability
- You are an experienced Executive Assistant navigating with multiple C\-suite leaders in large, international, and fast\-paced organizations. You thrive in complexity, stay calm under pressure, and know how to get things done
- Independent and confident in a remote work setting, you take initiative and own your responsibilities. You’re comfortable working with leaders who may not be physically co\-located, and you excel at building strong working relationships across geographies
- Organized, structured, and results\-driven, with a natural ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- Known for your responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail, always delivering on time to a high standard
- You bring an agile and analytical mindset, anticipating needs and planning proactively
- Discreet and professional, you handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- An excellent communicator. You are fluent in English
- Tech\-savvy and efficient, with solid skills in Microsoft Office and Teams
