We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant with an operational or team leading background to work directly alongside a founder and business executive in a fast\-moving international environment.
This is not a traditional administrative role, we are looking for someone who can become a reliable right hand in both executive support and day\-to\-day operational coordination, while also helping maintain structure, communication and speed within the office and team environment over time.
The role operates across a multi\-project ecosystem with shifting priorities, requiring someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable helping maintain operational flow across different moving areas of the business.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly dependable, emotionally intelligent, and naturally brings organization into dynamic situations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing calendars, meetings, scheduling, reminders, and executive priorities
- Managing and organizing the founder’s inbox, communication flow, and follow\-ups
- Supporting day\-to\-day operational and personal coordination for the founder
- Handling logistics, communication, and organizational tasks across multiple areas
- Helping coordinate internal communication and office flow across the team
- Assisting with travel arrangements, planning, and administrative organization
- Supporting ongoing projects and helping keep priorities structured and on track
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment
- Acting as a reliable operational support figure across multiple moving areas of the business
- Helping maintain structure, follow\-ups, and operational flow in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Over time, helping support team coordination and day\-to\-day office structure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Fluent English and Dutch required
- Naturally proactive and able to anticipate needs before they become problems
- Comfortable navigating fast\-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over day\-to\-day operations
- Confident communicating with different personalities and team members
- Organized, dependable, and able to keep multiple moving pieces aligned
