An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior C-suite executives within a leading international organisation. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of key activities.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage frequently changing schedules, including meetings, events, and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and distribute professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate high-profile meetings and events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attention to detail.
- Support the planning and tracking of key business initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with wider administrative teams to ensure effective support across the leadership function.
- Monitor actions and follow up on key deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Previous experience supporting C-suite or senior executives within a complex business environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and remain calm under pressure.
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy.
