An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior C-suite executives within a leading international organisation. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of key activities.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage frequently changing schedules, including meetings, events, and international travel arrangements.

  • Prepare, format, and distribute professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Coordinate high-profile meetings and events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Support the planning and tracking of key business initiatives and projects.

  • Collaborate with wider administrative teams to ensure effective support across the leadership function.

  • Monitor actions and follow up on key deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite or senior executives within a complex business environment.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and remain calm under pressure.
