Executive Assistant
Due to continued growth, Reed are supporting a Professional Services company based in Central Bristol with the recruitment of a Executive Assistant, on a full time, permanent basis.
Working hours: Monday to Friday. 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch
Hybrid working: 3 days office/2 days home
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support a dynamic Business Development team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, solutions-focused support to senior stakeholders, helping to drive efficiency and manage multiple priorities across client delivery, business development, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality, bespoke documentation including reports, presentations and client materials
- Proofreading and formatting documents to a consistently high standard
- Managing diaries and coordinating complex meetings with clients and candidates
- Acting as a key point of contact to support communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting end-to-end project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly
- Assisting with CRM updates (Monday.com) and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules efficiently
- Providing ad hoc administrative support, including reception cover when required
- Supporting wider business initiatives including CSR and culture activities
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Experienced in an office support or EA role, ideally within professional services
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines
- A strong communicator with a professional and personable approach
- IT literate, with confidence using CRM systems and MS Office
- A collaborative team player who is happy to go above and beyond
- 27 days’ holiday p/a + Bank Holidays (from the beginning of January)
