Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. Based in Brighton, this role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of executive operations, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information with discretion, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary and inbox management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient time management
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Take accurate minutes and track action points
- Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritise incoming communications (email, calls, correspondence)
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with clients/partners
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries (domestic and international where required)
- Manage logistics for meetings, events, and conferences
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on key initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Support HR or leadership tasks where confidentiality is essential
- Support with office processes and administrative systems
- Maintain filing systems, documents, and records
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes
Essential
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple executives or leadership teams
- Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems
