Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

London Lawyers House Ltd is a growing legal and professional services organisation based in London. We support private individuals and businesses with a range of legal, immigration, business and consultancy\-related matters.
As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management and assist with client communications, administration and business operations.
The Role
This is a varied and dynamic role suitable for an individual who enjoys working with people, managing multiple responsibilities and becoming an important part of a growing organisation.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior management and will be involved in client communications, business administration, meeting coordination and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing business calls
- Managing company email accounts and correspondence
- Communicating with clients, consultants, solicitors, accountants and external organisations
- Liaising with government departments and professional bodies when required
- Arranging and coordinating appointments, meetings and consultations
- Welcoming and assisting clients during office visits
- Gathering client information and preparing summaries for management review
- Following up client enquiries and outstanding matters
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
- Assisting with document management and filing
- Supporting business development and day\-to\-day operations
- Assisting with website, online platforms and social media administration where required
- Providing general executive and administrative support to senior management
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, email systems and modern business applications
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a legal, immigration, consultancy, compliance or professional services environment
- Experience supporting directors, consultants, solicitors or senior executives
- Experience dealing directly with clients and external organisations
- Knowledge of social media and website administration
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Candidates with legal qualifications, legal administration experience or legal sector knowledge will be given preference
Working Arrangement
- Part\-time position
- Approximately 2–4 days per week
- Around 4–5 hours per day
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Regular attendance at our London office and business meetings is required
Pay: Up to £40,412\.30 per year
