We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside a founder and business executive within a fast\-moving professional environment connected to real estate, hospitality, and international business activities.

This is a high\-trust position for someone who naturally brings structure, ownership, and operational clarity into dynamic environments. The role combines executive support, operational coordination, communication management, and day\-to\-day organizational oversight across multiple ongoing activities and projects.

We are looking for someone extremely skilled, who is calm under pressure, detail\-oriented, and capable of independently keeping priorities, communication, and operations aligned in an environment where professionalism, speed, and follow\-through matter.

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, meetings, scheduling, reminders, and executive priorities

  • Managing inboxes, communication flow, follow\-ups, and administrative organization

  • Supporting day\-to\-day operational coordination for the founder and executive environment

  • Coordinating logistics, travel arrangements, reservations, appointments, and planning

  • Helping maintain operational structure and communication across ongoing business activities

  • Following up on tasks, deadlines, stakeholders, suppliers, and ongoing priorities

  • Supporting office coordination and helping maintain an organized and professional work environment

  • Handling confidential information and sensitive communication with professionalism and discretion

  • Acting as a reliable operational support figure in a fast\-paced and evolving environment

  • Helping maintain clarity, organization, and continuity across multiple moving areas of the business

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills (with proved work examples)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion

  • Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision

  • Strong sense of ownership and operational responsibility

  • Calm, structured, and solution\-oriented under pressure

  • Comfortable working closely with leadership in a high\-responsibility environment

  • Strong attention to detail and follow\-through

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining structure and clarity

  • Previous experience in executive assistance, operations, office management, hospitality, real estate, private office, or similar high\-responsibility environments is strongly preferred

  • Experience supporting executives, founders, leadership teams, or complex operations is considered a major advantage

  • Strong professional presence and operational maturity are highly valued

  • Fluent English is required

  • Dutch is a strong plus
