We are a growing London\-based consultancy specialising in Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Strategy Services and Asbestos Surveys. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant \& Client Support Coordinator to support the Director and act as the first point of contact for clients. This is a varied role combining executive support, client communications, administration and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
\- Manage client emails, WhatsApp messages and callback requests
\- Respond to enquiries and customer concerns professionally
\- Coordinate appointments, surveys and follow\-ups
\- Manage the Director's calendar and scheduling
\- Maintain organised records and client communications
\- Assist with quotations, project coordination and administrative tasks
\- Support day\-to\-day business operations
\- Carry out occasional site visits, data collection and photo documentation when required
Requirements
\- Excellent written and spoken English
\- Previous experience in Executive Assistant, Client Support, Customer Service, Operations or Administrative roles
\- Strong organisational and communication skills
\- Ability to work independently and take initiative
\- Professional telephone manner \- High attention to detail and professionalism
Technical Skills
\- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace \- Gmail \- Google Calendar \- Google Drive \- Google Docs \- Google Sheets
\- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and cloud\-based systems
Desirable
\- Turkish and/or Portuguese language skills \- Experience within property, construction, surveying, compliance or facilities management sectors \- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred, as occasional travel may be required to support the Director with client meetings, site visits and business activities

The role is expected to be approximately 15 hours per week, with core working hours concentrated at the beginning of the week. Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
