Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: £45,760 - £49,920 per annum if the role was a permanent role
PAYE - TEMP ROLE - £22.00 - £24.00 an hour
In addition to the agreed hourly rate, you would be entitled to paid holiday
Contract: Long-term contract expected to run until 2027
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Pattern: Fully office-based (5 days per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join a leading international organisation supporting a major energy sector project.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional individual who has previously provided dedicated support to senior executives and is comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role combines traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with the opportunity to support international personnel and their families as they relocate and establish themselves in the UK.
Key Responsibilities • Providing comprehensive administrative support to a senior company executive
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries and schedules
- Organising internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting packs and documentation
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Arranging accommodation, transport and logistics for business travel
- Supporting the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences and corporate events
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation using SharePoint and other company systems
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and executive documentation
- Managing electronic filing systems and ensuring documentation is maintained to a high standard
- Supporting office administration and day-to-day operational activities
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and visitors
- Supporting accommodation searches and relocation arrangements
- Assisting with school and education enquiries
- Helping coordinate transportation and local travel requirements
- Providing practical administrative support during the settling-in process
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Strong Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrative experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
- Word
- Excel
- SharePoint
- DocuSign
- Experience arranging complex travel and diary management
- Professional, discreet and highly organised approach
- Experience working with Middle Eastern organisations or international stakeholders
- Exposure to relocation or expatriate support activities
- Immediate start available
