We’re searching for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a proactive mindset to the role of Events Supervisor.
We are looking for:
- A hands\-on approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A natural ability to upsell and inspire others to do the same
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments
- Confidence in leading a team, delegating tasks, and maintaining high standards
- Flexibility to work across a 7\-day rota, including evenings and weekends
- Quick thinking and problem\-solving skills in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- The confidence and capability to run the venue as Duty Manager when required
