An opportunity has arisen at Bristol Lido for a part\-time 'Events \& Reservations Administrator' position.
We are looking for someone who can seamlessly work with the current dynamic of the well established team and work hard. This person should be excited to work, to have a passion for food and drink service and also that which we create and sell.

Candidates must be able to be flexible with contracted hours if required.
The Lido is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This job is a great opportunity for someone looking for a committed role in Bristol.
Who are we?
The Lido is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by an award\-winning restaurant, tapas bar and spa. The idea is for guests to sit back, enjoy being served by friendly staff whilst watching the swimmers below and your food being prepared in the Wood (now Gas fuel to support the survival of the environment) fired oven. Our Spa provides a holistic approach to tailored massages, using bespoke Lido oils, guests can relax while hearing the lapping of the water on the pool's edge.

Overview
The Events \& Reservations Administrator is responsible for managing all restaurant and event bookings, ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial enquiry through to event completion. This role acts as the primary point of contact for private dining, group bookings, and special events while overseeing the day\-to\-day reservation system and supporting the wider restaurant operations team.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer\-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Administration is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, reservations, restaurant booking platforms, and event planning and coordination is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Experience in upselling or sales techniques to enhance revenue streams.
- Proficiency in reservation systems or relevant software is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
