Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Events Planner to orchestrate memorable events that leave a lasting impression. Duties

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and desired outcomes

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, decorators, and technical teams to secure necessary services and resources

  • Manage all logistical details including venue setup, equipment rentals, guest accommodations, transportation, and registration processes

  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly and on schedule

  • Upsell additional services or enhancements to maximize event impact and client satisfaction

  • Provide exceptional guest services during events by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Monitor event progress in real\-time, troubleshoot issues proactively, and adapt plans as needed to maintain momentum
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning within hospitality or related sectors such as restaurants or hotels

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, staff, and guests effectively

  • Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet all deadlines

  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies is a plus for planning charity or community events

  • Experience in upselling services or products to enhance event offerings is desirable

  • Familiarity with guest services principles and hospitality standards to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required for event schedules
