<p>Wiz produces high-impact, large-scale events that serve as a strategic platform for engagement, visibility, and long-term growth. We believe that flawless execution is what elevates a good event into an exceptional experience, and we are looking for an <strong>Events Operations Manager</strong> to be the operational backbone of our flagship events.</p>
<p>In this role, you will own the systems, processes, and end-to-end fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and attendee registration, ensuring a seamless and scalable experience. Working closely with Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, and Production teams, you will lead the execution of revenue-aligned operations that bring our industry-leading events to the next level. </p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Sponsorship Operations &amp; Fulfillment</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Own the operational planning and execution of all sponsor deliverables</li>
<li>Translate sponsorship agreements into clear execution plans and timelines</li>
<li>Manage booth logistics, sponsor activations, assets collection, and on-site requirements</li>
<li>Serve as the primary operational point of contact for sponsors</li>
<li>Ensure all sponsor benefits are fulfilled accurately and on schedule</li>
<li>Build scalable processes and documentation to support year-over-year growth</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Registration Systems &amp; Attendee Operations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage event registration platforms (example: Cvent, Bizzabo)</li>
<li>Design and maintain registration flows, ticket structures, and system configurations</li>
<li>Oversee attendee data management, segmentation, reporting, and data accuracy</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing to align registration setup with campaign strategies</li>
<li>Lead on-site registration operations and check-in workflows</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Operational Excellence &amp; Reporting</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Track and report on sponsorship revenue fulfillment and registration KPIs</li>
<li>Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility</li>
<li>Identify process gaps and proactively improve workflows</li>
<li>Ensure alignment across Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and Production teams</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, or commercial event operations</li>
<li>Hands-on experience managing event registration systems</li>
<li>Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail</li>
<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships teams</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple external stakeholders</li>
<li>Comfort working with contracts, deliverables tracking, and structured reporting</li>
<li>Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li>

<p>Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
