Job Summary
Luxury by Carlo Lifestyle \& Concierge Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Events Operations Manager to oversee event planning, logistics, and on\-site delivery for premium lifestyle, hospitality, and concierge experiences. This role is ideal for an events operations professional with strong leadership, supplier coordination, and client service experience who can manage multiple events, ensure smooth execution, and maintain high standards of luxury service.
What You'll Do
- Manage day\-to\-day events operations, planning schedules, logistics, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee luxury lifestyle events, private functions, corporate gatherings, hospitality experiences, and concierge\-led occasions.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering, entertainment, transport, staffing, guest services, and event materials.
- Supervise event coordinators, hospitality staff, vendors, freelancers, and on\-site event teams.
- Work closely with clients to understand event requirements, budgets, preferences, and service expectations.
- Prepare event proposals, operational plans, budgets, risk assessments, guest lists, and supplier briefs.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, supplier performance, costs, and event delivery standards.
- Resolve on\-site issues, last\-minute changes, and client concerns professionally and discreetly.
- Build strong relationships with venues, luxury suppliers, hospitality partners, and concierge service providers.
- Prepare post\-event reports, performance reviews, client feedback summaries, and improvement recommendations.
- Experience in events operations, event management, luxury hospitality, concierge services, venue operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory, operations management, or events leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of event logistics, supplier management, guest experience, luxury service standards, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events, clients, suppliers, teams, deadlines, and operational priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, event management software, CRM systems, booking platforms, reporting tools, and scheduling systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a polished, discreet, and client\-focused approach to service delivery.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules when required.
