Location: West London

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE + Up to 15% Annual Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Event Manager to join a rapidly growing international consumer brand during a significant period of UK expansion.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of high-profile events, including product launches, customer experiences, VIP hospitality programmes, conferences, partner activations and large-scale brand events.

You'll work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business, taking projects from concept through to execution while ensuring an exceptional attendee experience and measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of events across the UK.


• Manage product launches, customer events, partner activations and corporate programmes.


• Create and manage event timelines, budgets and operational plans.


• Source and manage venues, suppliers, agencies and production partners.


• Coordinate hospitality, travel, accommodation and logistical requirements.


• Work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial and communications teams.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Produce post-event reporting and ROI analysis.


• Ensure all events are delivered to exceptional standards while remaining on budget.

Experience Required

• Proven Event Manager experience.


• Experience delivering conferences, launches, experiential activations, exhibitions or hospitality events.


• Strong supplier, venue and stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent project management and organisational capability.


• Budget ownership and commercial awareness.


• Ability to work within a growing and evolving organisation.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Desirable

• Automotive, luxury, premium consumer or retail brand experience.


• Product launch experience.


• Sponsorship and partnership activation experience.


• International event management exposure.


• Experience managing agency partners.
