The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and guests alike. Duties

• Manage the day\-to\-day operations at the venue


• Respond promptly to enquiries from potential customers


• Convert enquiries into confirmed event bookings


• Oversee catering operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards


• Supervise staff providing guidance and support to enhance team performance


• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally ensuring guest satisfaction at all times


• Ensure that all food and safety protocols are maintained to provide a clean and safe working environment


• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all areas are well stocked and organised


• Collaborate with the caterer to develop menus and special offerings that align with customer preferences


• To train new staff members in hospitality practices and service excellence


• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies


• Skills:


• Strong Supervisory experience with a focus on team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team


• In\-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations


• Familiarity with kitchen operations or hotel experience being advantageous


• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and guests alike
