Performing at over 200 events a year, worldwide, and with a social media following of over 400k followers, The Function Band are the most sought\-after band in the industry, made up of an incredible team of the most talented singers and musicians around, creating an immersive experience for guests to enjoy and memories to last a lifetime. They have entertained some of the biggest celebrities in music, sports, film and TV including Love Island, The Only Way is Essex and Made in Chelsea, and have performed alongside the likes of Alexandra Burke, Nicole Scherzinger, Ellie Goulding, Lewis Capaldi, Roger Taylor (Queen), Cliff Richard, Madness, Alfie Boe \& Michael Ball, Heather Small, Shola Ama, DJ Luck \& MC Neat, Fleur East, plus many more.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of an Events and Wardrobe Executive include, but are not limited to:
- Collating outfits for each job every week
- Packing suitcases for our abroad jobs
- Taking clothes to and from the dry cleaners \& washing in house
- Ensure the wardrobe and stock is maintained and organised at all times
- Sourcing new outfits for band members
- Ensure any wardrobe changes are completed in a timely fashion
- Gathering sizes for new band members and updating the database
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, through all forms of channels.
- Prepare proposals for prospective clients.
- Ensure an effective follow up procedure is adhered to for all enquiries.
- Ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that the correct administration is completed and efficiently filed.
- Ensure all bookings are up to date with booking status, contact details and actions on the CRM system.
- Be a point of contact for booked clients from the booking stage up until their big day.
- Act as the main point of contact between the band members, clients, and venues when assigned to their events.
- Attend selected events as the Band Manager when required (Paid).
- Represent the band professionally at live performances.
- Handle on\-site coordination with venues, promoters, and technical staff.
- Resolve any issues during events to ensure smooth performances.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and friendly.

- Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively.
- Willingness and availability to attend selected events (including evenings/weekends).
- Professional, proactive, and problem\-solving mindset.
- To always embody a professional image both in dress and presentation.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Borehamwood WD6 2FX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
