Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.


• Lead and supervise the hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest services, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.


• Implement upselling strategies to maximise revenue during events and hospitality services while maintaining guest satisfaction.


• Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks, coordinate multiple events simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.


• Maintain organisational excellence by overseeing event setups, vendor relations, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards.


• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all event requirements are understood and met.


• Support fundraising initiatives by organizing special events that promote community engagement and donor participation.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management within restaurants or hotels, demonstrating strong leadership skills.


• Prior experience supervising events or large\-scale functions with a focus on guest services and operational excellence.


• Strong skills in upselling techniques that enhance revenue while delivering value to guests.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.


• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.


• Familiarity with fundraising event planning is a plus, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences in the hospitality industry.

Pay: £13\.50 per hour
