Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire (Office\-based)
Pay: £13\.00\-£14\.00 per hour
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Event Sales \& Customer Service Administrator to join our small team in Lutterworth on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll support our team in growing ticket sales and assisting customers booking our popular Christmas party events. The position combines sales, customer service and administration, with the role evolving as we move towards our peak sales period which begins in the summer.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working as part of a team and growing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include:

· Contacting companies from a supplied data list to identify the person responsible for organising their Christmas party

· Preparing and posting brochures to potential customers

· Following up with previous enquirers / bookers via phone and email

· Contacting existing customers to upsell drinks packages and extras

· Handling inbound enquiries by phone, email and online chat

· Supporting customers through the booking process

· Chasing outstanding information such as payments and guest lists

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has experience in administration, customer service or sales support

· Is organised, enthusiastic and self\-motivated

· Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone

· Has good IT skills, including Outlook

· Can quickly learn new systems

· Enjoys working as part of a team

Additional Information

Working Days: Full time Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm with a half hour lunch break (7\.5 hours a day)

Pay: £13\.00 \- £14\.00 per hour
