This is a boutique production company delivering high-volume experiential, pop-up and event builds for agencies and brands. Everything comes from one site: print, spray, vinyl and carpentry all sit in-house, which keeps the pace fast and the quality controlled. The business is in active growth, which means what gets built now shapes what the company becomes.

The Role

The Event Production Workshop Manager sits between the owners and the workshop floor, keeping production moving, teams on task and stock accounted for across every build.

• Lead and manage the workshop team day to day


• Coordinate production schedules to hit tight project deadlines


• Oversee stock, inventory and packing across the workshop


• Act as the link between workshop operations and senior leadership


• Maintain standards across print, spray, vinyl and carpentry output

The right Event Production Workshop Manager has solid experience running a warehouse or workshop environment and knows what it takes to keep a team productive under pressure. You will have managed staff directly, handled stock and inventory, and kept projects moving to firm deadlines.

A background in production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential, and familiarity with print, graphics or fabrication workflows would be a bonus. What matters most is the ability to take genuine ownership, stay calm when volume peaks and bring a team with you.
