Qualifications
------------------
*Your main tasks \& responsibilities:*
- Planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events within the hotel's Convention Center.
- Developing tailored event concepts, including budgets and project timelines.
- Conducting site inspections and providing dedicated client support throughout the planning process.
- Coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Collaborating with external vendors and negotiating contracts and service agreements.
- Monitoring event budgets and preparing performance reports and analyses.
- Taking responsibility for delivering an exceptional guest experience at every event.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Event Planning Executive or already in the position of Event Planning Manager in a hotel environment.
- Experience managing the full event planning lifecycle, from concept development and budgeting to execution and post\-event evaluation.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop and implement innovative event concepts.
- German language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
