HOURS – 37\.5 hours, over 5 days
LOCATION – Cardiff CF10 1DA
OVERVIEW \-
Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ by becoming one of our Event Planner ‘Hospitality Heroes’ based at our Parkgate Hotel \- just one of the fantastic opportunities we offer from ‘Manor to Marina’.
OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE \-
12\-18 months experience in the Events industry
Superb negotiating skills
A genuine passion for Conference and Events
Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL \-
Liaise effectively and concisely with external event organisers
Ensure that all departments have a clear and thorough knowledge of the client requirements
Arrange pre\-event meetings where necessary and introduce client to key personnel
Upsell all facilities in order to work towards achieving financial budget for The Collection
Plan productive site visits, menu tastings, and show\-rounds
