To strengthen our Events team, we are looking for an Event Operations Manager who will play a key role in driving commercial growth, coordinating operations, managing crews, and building strong relationships with event organizers. In addition, you will help ensure the successful execution of our festivals and events, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes from planning to on\-site delivery.

Your role:* Follow up on incoming sales leads and identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with festival organizers and event partners.


• Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, crews, and internal teams.


• Recruit, schedule, and coordinate event crews.


• Lead on\-site operations and ensure the smooth execution of events.


• Plan and coordinate transport with drivers, suppliers, and event organizers.


• Monitor crew performance and manage administrative follow\-up.


• Provide hands\-on support during setup and breakdown when needed.


• Keep event and sales information up to date in internal systems.

Seasonal Rhythm
During the festival season, you'll spend significant time on\-site and travel regularly across Europe. During the quieter winter months, your focus shifts to planning, sales follow\-up, account development, process improvements, and well\-earned vacation time.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, with strong English and French communication skills.


• A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in building long\-term relationships.


• Strong organizational and coordination skills.


• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with clients, partners, and crews.


• A proactive, hands\-on attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the festival season.


• Comfortable with frequent travel and occasional camping at festival sites.


• A valid Category B driving licence.
