Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical elements of events, including venue setup, vendor management, and resource allocation to ensure flawless execution.


• Manage event timelines meticulously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and prevent overlaps or delays.


• Oversee guest services during events, ensuring attendees receive outstanding hospitality and support throughout their experience.


• Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities through additional services or upgrades during events.


• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote upcoming events and maximize attendance.


• Supervise event staff, providing clear direction and support to maintain high standards of service and organization.


• Conduct post\-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze successes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements for future events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event operations management within hospitality venues such as restaurants or hotels.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.


• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast\-paced environments.


• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, staff, and guests effectively.


• Experience in fundraising or managing charitable events is a plus.


• Knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality standards to deliver memorable guest experiences.


• Ability to upsell additional services confidently while maintaining a positive guest relationship.
