The role of Event Operations Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of commercial events within the Royal Horticultural Halls. This role will form an integral part of the Venue Operations Team, overseeing operational delivery of confirmed events, such as Gala dinners, fashion shows, conferences, product launches and film shoots, through to on the day delivery \- including pre\-event client liaison, collation of event plans and H\&S documents, booking of casual staff, stakeholder management and on the day Duty Management. The Event Operations Coordinator reports into the Event Operations Manager.
We are looking for a self\-motivated and experienced professional who enjoys working within a fast\-paced team. To be successful you will need experience in event management within a venue, knowledge of licencing requirements and regulations, basic facilities experience and have excellent customer service.
