We are looking for an ambitious, detail\-oriented Event Manager to join our agency, dedicated to supporting our major client account, Amazon Business. You will sit at the centre of high\-impact corporate event execution \- acting as the face of a major global tech giant and creating exceptional, memorable customer experiences across regional footprints.
About the Client \& Market Opportunity
Scale \& Regional Expansion: Globally, Amazon Business serves 97 of the Fortune 100 and millions of organizations worldwide, generating multi\-billion pound regional impact. Our agency team is orchestrating a high\-profile expansion this year to coordinate events across 5 key international markets:
- Country 1: UK
- Country 2: Germany
- Country 3: France
- Country 4: Italy
- Country 5: Spain
- Customer\-Centric Event Execution: Lead smooth end\-to\-end event production, serving as the primary face of the brand to deliver an elevated experience for attendees and key client stakeholders.
- Logistics \& Operations: Coordinate vendor sourcing, venue management, run\-of\-show schedules, AV/tech setups, and seamless execution for B2B roadshows, trade shows, and virtual/in\-person conferences.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a core day\-to\-day point of contact for internal agency leads, client stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Budget \& Metric Tracking: Monitor event budgets, vendor invoices, and post\-event analytics (lead conversion, attendee engagement, and ROI reporting).
- 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or agency account coordination.
- Proven track record executing complex B2B corporate events, trade shows, or roadshows with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Exceptional organizational, multi\-tasking, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to manage logistics across international time zones (experience with European rollouts is a plus).
