Role Overview
As Event Manager for DENZA Germany, you will be fully responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of all DENZA\-related events in the German market. Your mission is to create high\-end, premium brand experiences that resonate with a sophisticated audience and reflect DENZA’s positioning. You will ensure every event meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and execution while staying on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- End\-to\-end responsibility for all DENZA events in Germany (e.g. brand launches, press events, dealer events, customer experiences, exhibitions, roadshows)
- Develop premium event concepts that reflect DENZA’s brand values and target audience
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events with flawless attention to detail
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Select, brief, and manage external partners such as event agencies, production companies, and venues
- Ensure consistent premium brand presentation across all touchpoints
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, PR, product, HQ)
- Anticipate risks and solve issues proactively with a pragmatic, solution\-oriented mindset
- Evaluate events using KPIs and feedback to continuously improve quality and impact
- Several years of experience in event management or automotive marketing, ideally within the premium segment
- Proven track record of delivering high\-quality, premium events
- Strong project management skills with a hands\-on, detail\-oriented approach
- Pragmatic, solution\-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast\-growing, dynamic environment
- Fluent German and good English (spoken and written)
- Experience working with agencies and external service providers
- Willingness to travel within Germany as required by events
- High level of organization, creativity, and quality awareness
- Location: Frankfurt / Offenbach
