Event Manager

Overview

We are a busty multi award winning gelato events company and we are looking for an event manager to carry out logistics and events operations and serve through the summer.

We do events all over London and the UK \- putting on events on film sets, at staff parties, weddings \& brand activations for the likes of Netflix, ITV, Sky, Glossier, Charlotte Tilbury across Londons premier events venues.

As well as our existing work, we are now looking to move more meaningfully into bigger brand activations and corporate events, so we are looking for someone with experience in event management, driving vans and logistics. Ultimately we are looking for a partner to run the London operation because our owner lives overseas.

An exciting role for someone entrepreneurial, who is looking to help build a successful events company and lead operations as we scale. There are many possible avenues for this business to develop \- film, corporates, festivals, franchising, retail...and our owner is looking to work with an experienced events professional who wants to take on this entrepreneurial challenge.

It's essential that you are physically fit and strong enough to move freezers and equipment around. It can be physically demanding at times. You also must have a drivers license and be comfortable with driving a van.

We are also moving into the field marketing and sales space for corporate activations. So field marketing, event staffing, PR or sales experience a bonus.

This is a genuinely exciting role for an entrepreneurial and creative person to work closely with the owner to build a dessert experience company.

For the right candidate, an ongoing role throughout the year is possible. We are looking to build this business with someone who enjoys this work and sees it's potential.

Pay: £16\.00\-£18\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30\.0 – 45\.0 per week
