HUNDRED STRONG are looking for Event Porters and Drivers for exciting opportunities this coming season in the fast\-paced events industry. A genuine opportunity to join our existing, experienced crew on events such as Motor shows, Weddings, Award ceremonies, Sporting events and Corporate Product Launches, throughout London, across the UK and worldwide. We work within some of the most prestigious venues in London, including Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Banqueting House, the V\&A Museum and many more across the country.

The Job is based around Event Catering logistics, involving the setting up and breaking down of mobile kitchens and packing away plates and glassware. You will be working closely with Chefs and Event Managers, as well as the wider Event Catering team, both Front of House and Back of House.

The role primarily consists of:

• Loading \& unloading of food and equipment


• Driving vehicles to and from the event


• Setting up the Event as part of a team, including Kitchens, Bars and clearing areas


• Packing away and loading all equipment as necessary during the event and ensuring all areas are kept as tidy as possible for the duration of the Event


• Supporting the chefs as required


• Reloading of vans at the end of the Event.

We will teach you the rest!

We offer training to prepare you for your first shift, as well as on\-the\-job support and mentorship where possible.

Applicants should hold a full UK driving license, experience of van driving is preferred. This is not a delivery driver job.

Elements of this work involve occasional heavy lifting and sometimes long hours, as the event world is 24/7, so physical and mental strength and resilience is essential! Drivers will ideally hold a full British or EU photo\-card licence, will have experience of driving 3\.5T vehicles, and have some knowledge of driving in London and the UK.

Rates of pay are flexible \- we pay more for people with events knowledge, and rates rise rapidly with performance, dependability and experience.
