Event Coordinator

Hello from table\&candle!

We are looking for a highly organised candidate with a passion for food \& solid event or hospitality experience to join the table\&candle team and help to manage the operations for our fine dining pop\-up restaurants.

ABOUT TABLE\&CANDLE

Table\&Candle runs fine\-dining pop\-up restaurants throughout London \& Netherlands with some of the world's finest chefs.

THE ROLE \- EVENT OPERATIONS
\- Preparing in an organised and timely fashion the key elements for the weekend events including rota, guestlist and dietaries, ordering \& organising drinks inventory.

\- Coordinating and overseeing the event staff communications

\- Contributing the creative execution of the events ranging from event design, food and drink

\- Looking after the Chefs \& their requirements

\- Using \& developing systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability of the routine tasks

LOCATIONS

The role is a combination of Work\-From\-Home and from our office in Islington, London.

Driving License preferred but not required.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
