To coordinate and deliver programmes that use the power of football as a catalyst for positive change, maximising the positive impact of the tournament before, during and beyond 2028\.

This is a fixed term position until March 2030\.### Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of Scotland's EURO 2028 Inclusion in Football programme, ensuring alignment with Scottish FA priorities, Scottish Government National Plan outcomes, and UK\&I EURO 2028 legacy objectives.

  • Identify and develop opportunities that maximise the positive impact of the tournament across communities throughout Scotland.

  • Engagement with partners to align priorities, influence decision\-making and maximise the contribution of partner organisations towards Inclusion in Football outcomes.

  • Act as the Scottish FA's lead representative for social impact and legacy partnerships, identifying and developing joint delivery opportunities that contribute to shared outcomes across Scotland.

  • Coordinate programme governance, risk management, reporting and budget management and monitoring, ensuring available resources are used to maximise impact and leverage additional investment where possible

  • Embed robust monitoring, evaluation and learning across Inclusion in Football programmes, producing compelling evidence of the impact of the programmes on communities across Scotland.

  • Measure and report against agreed outcomes, KPIs and success indicators.

  • Carry out any other duties as reasonably required by the Head of Special Projects.
