Estimator

Required Experience

Candidates must have previous UK construction tendering, estimating and subcontract tender sourcing experience.

Applicants must have:

• experience searching for subcontract opportunities and monitoring tender platforms;


• experience reviewing tender documents and project information;


• experience preparing or assisting with construction tender submissions;


• experience carrying out estimating, take\-offs or pricing exercises;


• experience communicating with procurement teams, estimators or main contractors within the UK construction sector.

Candidates should ideally have previous experience working with, tendering to, or preparing estimates/packages involving at least one of the following contractors or developers:

The main purpose of this role is:

• searching for subcontract opportunities;


• identifying suitable projects and packages;


• monitoring tender portals;


• supporting estimating and tendering activities;


• helping the company secure construction subcontract works within the UK market.

Applicants who have never worked with construction tenders, never prepared estimates/take\-offs, or never dealt with procurement/tender processes involving at least one of the companies listed above should not apply for this role.

Pay: £35\.00\-£38\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
