Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of Estimator - Commercial Fit Out will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
- Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
- Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value up to £10m
- Must have extensive estimating experience within the construction fit-out market sector
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Resilient individual
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Familiar with estimating software such as Eque2 / Evaluate or similar
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
