Estate Agent - Tenancy Progressor

We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Progressor for our Estate Agency client based in Welwyn Garden City.
The successful candidate should ideally have a Lettings or Property Management background, but must understandcompliance and knowledge of how to progresstenancies.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Tenancy Progressor:
- Basic up to £35,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm (with flexibility)

- Manage all new deal progression from the point a rental agreement has been reached between tenant and landlord
- Work with the lettings teams across various locations to smoothly progress deals
- Pass the deals to the centralised asset management team at the relevant point in the process
- Offer excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
- Liaise and work well with the lettings, lettings accounts and asset management teams
- Full understanding and knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Work alongside other team members offering them support and guidance to help the team grow and succeed
- Previous experience in lettings or property management
- Strong understanding of lettings legislation, compliance and legal requirements
- ARLA qualification would be a bonus
- High organised and compliant
- Have the ability to multi task efficiently
- Excellent problem solver
- Be able to manage colleague's and client's expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
