Estate Agent - Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Hemel Hempstead.
The ideal candidate must have previousexperience ideally as a Senior Sales Negotiator, with a proven trackrecord of listingproperties and winning new business.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer:
- Basic £30,000 - £35,000
- OTE £45,000 - £50,000
- Car allowance
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- Parking at the office
- Carrying out marketing appraisals
- Listing residential properties for sales
- Canvassing for new business through prospecting, telephone canvassing, database marketing and leaflet dropping
- Generating instructions
- Maintaining strong relationships within the local area
- Accompanying applicants on viewings (on occasions)
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Writing accurate property details
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Ensuring vendors always receive regular communication and feedback
- Handling general sales administration
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring compliance procedures are completed correctly
- Supporting a Sales Consultant as and when required
- Working towards agreed targets
- Previous property experience ideally at Senior Sales Negotiator level
- Proven track record of listingproperties and winningnew business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential
- Passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
- Ambitious with the drive to succeed
- Proactive team player
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented and self-motivated
- Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
