Are you an ambitious and experienced property professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients successful and growing estate agency team in Downend, Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in estate agency sales who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results.

The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued success of the branch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and progressing property sales


• Conducting property viewings and valuations


• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process


• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities


• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required

What We’re Looking For • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency

• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Target-driven with a proactive attitude


• Excellent customer service skills


• Well-presented and professional


• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred


• Local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas is advantageous
