We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our independent Estate Agency client based in Chigwell.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience, including Valuing.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Basic £24,000

  • OTE £50,000 - £60,000+ DOE

  • 10% Personal Commission

  • 5% extra commission on personal banking for hitting quarterly office targets

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 out of 4 Saturday's 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu when worked) (one Saturday off a month)

  • 5 day working week

  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

  • Liaising between landlords and tenants

  • Providing up to date advice and information

  • Property inspections

  • Conducting viewings

  • Booking appointments

  • Negotiating lettings contracts

  • Registering applicants

  • Generating new business

  • Listing new properties

  • Building the market share

  • Be up to date with current compliance and legislation

Key Skills for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:
  • Previous experience including Valuing

  • Full understanding of the lettingsprocess

  • Be up to date with currentlegislation

  • A high level of customer service skills

  • The desire to work well in a team, and independently

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Drive, hunger and ambition for success

  • Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills

  • Well-presented and professional

  • Target driven with a 'can do' attitude

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
