Estate Agent - Sales

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant for our Estate Agency client based in Welwyn Garden City.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 years sales experience within Estate Agency.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Consultant:
- Basic £25,000 - £27,000
- OTE £33,000 - £38,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 5pm

- Supporting the entire sales process from start to finish as the main point of contact
- Advising on pricing & marketing strategies
- Keeping in regular contact with vendors with updates on the process
- Support valuers
- Liaise with viewing clerks to obtain feedback
- Provide outstanding client service throughout
- Strong prospecting skills
- Minimum of 1 years sales experience in Estate Agency
- Mature attitude
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic and ambitious with the drive to succeed
- Proactive team player
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
