Sales Negotiator

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a busy, multi-branch estate agency in West Wiltshire.

The Role

You’ll handle enquiries, support buyers and sellers, arrange viewings, and help drive new business through upselling services and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales enquiries via phone, email, online and in person

  • Book appointments and support clients and buyers daily

  • Upsell services including mortgages, legal and valuations

  • Liaise with third parties (surveyors, photographers, etc.)

  • Conduct viewings and property visits

  • Maintain accurate database records and stay compliant with regulations

  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout

Requirements
  • Strong communication and organisation skills

  • Proactive and target-driven mindset

  • Full UK driving licence and own car

Package
  • £23,000–£24,000 basic, OTE £32,000+

  • Mon–Fri 9am–6pm + alternate Saturdays (day in lieu)

  • Mileage allowance + pension

  • Supportive, well-established team environment
