We’re looking for a motivated Property Sales Consultant (Estate Agent) to join our award\-winning team. This is a fast\-paced role with fantastic earning potential with uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.

Your day\-to\-day role:

  • Manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers.

  • Deal with all incoming sales leads via email, telephone, or in person.

  • Conduct property viewings at client homes.

  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other agents.

  • Handle negotiations and manage offers.

  • Match clients with suitable properties.

  • Keep the CRM system up to date.

  • Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed.

What we’re looking for:
  • Excellent communicator; confident and clear in speech and writing.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer\-focused with a professional attitude.

  • Skilled at negotiation and persuasion.

  • Highly organised; able to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.

  • Punctual and reliable; strong timekeeping skills.

  • Tech\-savvy; confident using CRM systems.

  • Full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and valid business insurance.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000\.00 per year
