We're looking for an experienced Aftersales Consultant (Sales Progressor) to join our award\-winning team, supporting buyers and sellers from offer agreed through to completion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple stakeholders, solving problems proactively and delivering an exceptional client experience. The role would suit an experienced Sales Progressor, Property Administrator, Executive Assistant or Client Relationship professional who excels at keeping complex processes moving and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Unlike many roles within the property industry, this position offers a genuine work\-life balance with Monday to Friday working and no weekend requirement.

The Role
As an Aftersales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales pipeline from sale agreed through to completion.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to keep transactions moving forward.
- Provide regular updates and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Identify and resolve potential issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records within our CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with all parties involved in the transaction.
- Contribute towards team and business performance goals.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales progression, property administration or a similar coordination\-based role.
- Confident liaising with solicitors, conveyancers and other stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong communicator who can build trust and maintain relationships.
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem\-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous Estate Agency experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Pay: £28,000\.00 per year
