James Anderson is looking to welcome a Sales Progressor for our Putney team
Description
Looking after sales for the team once an offer is accepted through to completion
Liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors to ensure timescales are being met and to ensure correct documentation is obtained quickly and efficiently.
What experience/ skills will you have?
The successful candidate will have a background in estate agency or a thorough understanding of the buying process in the UK
Great attention to detail
High levels of customer service
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
Experience of ALTO or similar estate agency CRM a bonus
You must have a legal right to work in the UK

Hours and Pay
Monday\-Friday 9:30am\-5:30pm
Basic pay circa £30,000 plus bonuses
OTE: £45,000
