Position overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Expansion Manager to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of medium to large enterprise clients in Spain, with a proven track record of driving account expansion and revenue growth within the staffing industry, combining a strong focus on long-term client value with the ability to leverage data, technology, and AI-driven insights to develop smart growth strategies and deliver impactful solutions.
In this strategic, client-facing role, you will identify, develop, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by leveraging strategic account analysis and a deep understanding of client needs across departments, subsidiaries, and business units,taking full ownership of your assigned portfolio and expansion pipeline, leading the commercial process end-to-end, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
Responsibilities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an assigned client portfolio, through strategic account analysis, whitespace mapping across departments, subsidiaries, and business units
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts, acting as a strategic partner by leveraging client service teams to deepen engagement and trust
- Own and manage the expansion pipeline from qualification to close, leading the full commercial process, including deal structuring, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Partner cross-functionally on the seamless execution and delivery of growth initiatives
- Proven experience driving account expansion and revenue growth within the staffing sector
- Results-driven focus on long-term client value, combined with a strong curiosity and aptitude for leveraging technology and AI to streamline operations and pitch smart solutions
- Ability to turn data and insights into actionable growth strategies and decision-making
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
- A self-starter attitude with high accountability and a desire to take full ownership of your portfolio
- Willingness to travel within Spain as required to meet clients face-to-face
