We are looking for an Employee Relations \& Policies Associate Manager to deliver all employee and labor relations. The main functions are:

• Lead and manage Employee \& Labor Relations policies, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labor law and global standards


• Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance to HR, Legal, and business stakeholders


• Drive end\-to\-end disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance


• Manage relationships with unions and employee representative bodies, including negotiations and ongoing engagement


• Conduct investigations (including Business Ethics Line cases) and support audits and compliance initiatives


• Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with evolving legislation and business needs, leveraging tools such as Workday and SharePoint for case management and reporting


• Degree in Labor Sciences, Law, or Labor Relations


• \+8 years of experience in Employee Relations / Labor Relations


• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation


• Proven experience with:

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
