We are looking for an Employee Relations \& Policies Specialist to deliver all employee and labor relations. The main functions are:
- Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area.
- Serve as the escalation point on policy and process.
- Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations.
- Identify need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes.
- Action compliance related issues in coordination with employees
- Degree in Labor Sciences, Law or Diploma in Labor Relations.
- Knowledge of Portugal labor legislation.
- Computer skills: Office package, Sharepoint, Outlook, Workday
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
