Role Summary and Impact 
 
The Employee Relations Team is responsible for providing guidance on and directly handling employee relations matters to ensure our people are treated fairly and respectfully across the organisation. This team of experts will advise and support employees, managers, and People Partners (HRBPs) on a broad range of escalated employment issues including HR policy interpretation, performance management, complaint investigation, employee discipline and misconduct, accommodations, terminations, reorganisations, and remediation of employment-related disputes. 
Your Impact: 
This role is working within a centralised Employee Relations function across EMEA and supporting the Executive People Director for WPP Media EMEA to deliver against our WPP Strategy, reporting directly to the EMEA Executive Director, People.
