<p><span data-contrast="none">The Employee Relations Team is responsible for providing guidance on and directly handling employee relations matters to ensure our people are treated fairly and respectfully across the organisation. This team of experts will advise and support employees, managers, and People Partners (HRBPs) on a broad range of escalated employment issues including HR policy interpretation, performance management, complaint investigation, employee discipline and misconduct, accommodations, terminations, reorganisations, and remediation of employment-related disputes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
