Episode Utrecht – Parttime/Fulltime (32\-38 hours)

What will you do?

As a Store Manager at Episode, you will play a key role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. You will be the face of our store and help create the unique atmosphere of a vintage clothing treasure trove.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and managing the store;


• Supporting the Regional Manager;


• Manage a store and store team;


• Train the store staff in sales, running a store, processing delivered goods and Visual Merchandising and among other things;


• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;


• Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;


• Administrative tasks.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment (hard demand);


• Leadership qualities;


• Speak fluently English (hard demand);


• Stress\-resistant;


• Live in Utrecht.
