Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Epic Owner
What You Will Work On
Drive and coordinate a strategic Backup & Recovery and cybersecurity transformation initiative
Plan, manage, and follow up on activities, milestones, and deliveries
Coordinate collaboration between IT security, infrastructure teams, architects, technical specialists, and external vendors
Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations across multiple workstreams
Lead design, architecture, and technical workshops
Coordinate testing activities and verification of recovery capabilities for critical systems
Support transition and handover activities to operational management teams
Ensure solutions align with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements
Drive structure, progress, and clarity within complex transformation initiatives
Provide status updates, recommendations, and decision support to stakeholders and leadership

What You Bring
Previous experience implementing technical solutions in complex IT environments
Strong experience planning, coordinating, and driving large epics, programs, or transformation initiatives
Ability to analyze requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts
Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and external suppliers
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Backup & Recovery, and cybersecurity-related initiatives
Experience working within regulated environments or organizations with high security requirements is considered an advantage
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward
Structured, organized, and results-oriented working style
Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Experience navigating large organizations and managing complex stakeholder environments
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
